1Subscription Plans
- Subscription plans displayed in the Pricing section are based on monthly rates and are provided for pricing comparison. The quarterly subscription amount is payable according to the agreed billing schedule.
- Applicable taxes, onboarding fees, hardware, integrations and other separately agreed charges are additional unless expressly included in the customer's quotation or agreement.
2Subscription Scope
- Each subscription provides access to the features and services included in the selected package.
- Feature availability may depend on the subscribed plan, software version, technical compatibility, third-party integrations and agreed service scope.
- The subscription's permitted restaurant, branch and user coverage will be stated in the customer's order confirmation or agreement.
3Activation and Billing
- Subscription activation is subject to completion of the agreed onboarding requirements and payment arrangements.
- ORDO will communicate the applicable subscription start date, billing period and payment instructions.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
4Renewals and Payments
- Subscriptions renew according to the agreed billing arrangement unless cancelled or otherwise terminated under the applicable agreement.
- Renewal invoices or payment notices will identify the relevant billing period and amount payable.
- Customers are responsible for paying subscription charges by the communicated due date.
- Any applicable late-payment grace period will be stated in the customer's agreement or invoice.
5Non-Payment and Suspension
- Where payment remains outstanding after the applicable due date and any agreed grace period, ORDO may suspend access to the subscribed service after providing notice through the customer's registered contact details.
- Suspension does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations.
- Service restoration following suspension may require settlement of outstanding charges and completion of any necessary account reactivation procedures.
6Package Upgrades and Downgrades
- Customers may request a change to their subscription package.
- Upgrades may be activated during an existing billing period, with any additional charges communicated before confirmation.
- Downgrades will normally take effect from the next renewal period unless otherwise agreed.
- Changes may affect access to certain features, integrations or package-specific functionality.
7Additional Services and Charges
- The standard subscription price does not automatically include every ORDO-related product or third-party service.
- Depending on customer requirements, additional charges may apply for:
- Hardware and peripheral devices.
- Special onboarding or data migration.
- Custom software development.
- Third-party payment processing.
- SMS, WhatsApp or other messaging usage.
- Paid AI services or usage exceeding included allowances.
- Special integrations, including FBR-related implementation.
- Custom mobile applications or branding.
- Other services outside the agreed subscription scope.
- Any additional charge will be communicated for customer approval before the relevant paid work begins.
8Software Updates and Feature Availability
- ORDO may release software improvements, bug fixes, security updates and additional features as part of ongoing product development.
- Features described as Coming Soon, Planned or Under Development are not guaranteed to become available on a particular date unless expressly agreed in writing.
- ORDO may modify product functionality where reasonably necessary for security, technical compatibility, compliance or product improvement, subject to applicable contractual obligations.
9Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate restaurant and account information.
- Protecting account credentials.
- Assigning suitable permissions to employees.
- Using the software lawfully.
- Maintaining compatible hardware, internet access and other required local infrastructure.
- Reviewing the accuracy of entered business information.
- Maintaining appropriate operational procedures and internal controls.
- Complying with applicable tax, employment, consumer protection and other business obligations.
- ORDO Software is a management tool and does not replace the customer's legal, accounting or regulatory responsibilities.
10Third-Party Integrations
- Certain ORDO features may depend on external services, APIs, payment gateways, communication providers or government systems.
- Availability and performance of these integrations may be affected by third-party policies, technical changes, approvals or service interruptions.
- Any FBR-related functionality must be configured and used according to the requirements applicable to the relevant restaurant. Subscription to ORDO does not, by itself, establish or guarantee regulatory compliance.
11Support and Maintenance
- ORDO provides support according to the coverage and channels included in the customer's subscription or service agreement.
- Support hours, response targets, priority assistance and any separately purchased support services will be communicated through the applicable support terms.
- ORDO may conduct scheduled or emergency maintenance to protect or improve its systems.
- Where reasonably practicable, customers will be informed of planned maintenance that materially affects service availability.
12Cancellation
- Customers may request cancellation through ORDO's official support or billing contact.
- A cancellation request should be submitted before the next renewal date to avoid unintended renewal, subject to the applicable agreement.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for an already commenced subscription period.
13Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant paid subscription period has commenced, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under the customer's agreement.
- If ORDO is unable to activate a paid subscription due solely to a failure on ORDO's part, the customer may request an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund of the affected prepaid service charges.
- Any approved refund will be processed through an agreed payment method within a reasonable period.
- Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory customer rights under applicable law.
14Customer Data and Account Closure
- Restaurant data remains subject to the applicable customer agreement and ORDO Privacy Policy.
- Following cancellation or termination, customers may request an available export of their business data.
- ORDO will communicate the supported export formats, applicable request procedure and any reasonable technical limitations.
- Data retention and deletion will follow the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy and legal recordkeeping requirements.
- Customers are encouraged to request their data export before their subscription ends.
15Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms
- ORDO may revise subscription pricing, package structures or policy terms without any prior notice.
- Pricing changes will not retrospectively alter charges already paid for an existing subscription period unless expressly agreed or legally required.
